How Practical AI works

Three phases, each building on the last. Most people start with Phase 1 — some go further, some don't need to.

Phase 1 — Training session

A half-day, hands-on session. £800.

Foundations first — how AI actually works, prompting, tool setup. Then the second half is yours: we work through the workflows that take up the most time and build real systems you'll use from Monday.

Up to 5–6 people. In-person or virtual.

After the session you get everything we built, plus a follow-up with recommendations on what to do next.

Phase 2 — Bespoke builds

Scoped after the session.

Once you know what's possible, there's usually something worth building properly — a workflow that's too repetitive to keep doing manually, a prompt library your whole team can use, an automation that connects your tools.

Examples: invoice processors, content pipelines, data extraction, custom Claude projects, n8n automations.

Quoted per project or hourly, after a scoping call.

Phase 3 — Ongoing

From £250/month.

A monthly working session to build new workflows, refine what's already in place, and keep you current as the tools change. Most teams that do a single session and stop lose momentum within a month — this keeps it moving.

Can also include: an AI knowledge hub for your team, access for questions between sessions, and keeping an eye on what's worth adopting as new tools come out.

No obligation to go beyond Phase 1. The session will make it clear what, if anything, would actually be worth doing next.
